1. The Dispatch Protocol
Every formula in our dispensary is micro-macerated and hand-poured in the hollows of Tennessee. Because we prioritize the structural integrity of our living botanicals over mass-production speed, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your requisition to be processed, packed, and formally entered into our outgoing ledger.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking manifest via email to monitor your parcel's journey.
2. Transit Times & Carrier Details
We entrust our parcels to standard and expedited courier services. Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your requisition was placed:
- Standard Domestic Transit: 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Domestic Transit: 2 to 3 business days.
Note: Alchème is not responsible for transit delays caused by severe weather, courier operational issues, or incorrect address submissions.
3. The Reclamation Policy (Returns)
Due to the pure, unpreserved, and deeply personal nature of our botanical architecture, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol. We cannot accept returns on opened or used micro-macerations.
If you wish to return an unopened, sealed vessel in its original apothecary packaging, you may request a reclamation within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To initiate this process, contact the formulator at info@yourdomain.com with your ledger (order) number. The client is responsible for all return dispatch fees.
4. Compromised Vessels
We pack every jar and bottle with meticulous care, but the journey from our hollows to your hands can occasionally be turbulent. If your formula arrives physically damaged or structurally compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographic evidence of the broken vessel and the original shipping box so we can amend the ledger and dispatch a replacement immediately.
5. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, Alchème's liability concludes. We are not responsible for parcels stolen from porches or mailboxes. If your tracking manifest indicates a completed delivery but the parcel is missing, please contact the courier directly to file a trace.
